Anne Hite is the Founder and President of GROW Resources. While the majority of her professional career has centered on the precious metals industry, her vast range of skills enable her to provide GROW clients with a suite of perspectives to help grow their businesses.
Starting her corporate career at a mid-tier mineral exploration company in the corporate development department, Ms. Hite was intimately involved with the management of comparing and contrasting her employer to its peer companies and identifying and quantifying potential merger and acquisition targets, providing financial and technical comparisons of her employer with its peers and working in conjunction with all the departments in the company. This led to her pursuing similar postings at a number of small and micro-cap sized companies working in South America and Asia.
Ms. Hite transitioned into the money management industry working for a private equity firm with $4.2 billion in assets under management at that time. She started writing commissioned and independent research for their wholly-owned small and micro-cap stock consulting firm with research in a wide variety of industries including bio-technology, finance, and electronics among others. Ms. Hite was promoted to be the associate analyst at their emerging hedge fund. Subsequent to that, she served as a single person investor relations department for several mid-, small and micro-cap sized corporations. She has provided diverse services including providing IR audits for new or existing companies, helping senior executives maximize their presentation skills, and working to maximize results for IR budgets.
Ms. Hite has organized analyst tours in North America, Africa and Asia, organized non-deal road shows in North America and Europe, and provided expertise to emerging micro-cap companies seeking funding or development of brand recognition. Whether it is organizing slide decks for investors, initiating or re-vamping websites, conference calls, fundraising, road shows or other investor relations activities, Ms. Hite has the experience to provide you with what you need.
Ms. Hite has a BSc in Geophysics and an MBA degree with an emphasis in finance. She has served as a past Trustee with the Northwest Mining Association and a past officer and current member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
